Twofour has appointed David Clews as Head of Documentaries following the success of Twofour’s ground breaking ob-doc Educating Essex.

Reporting to Twofour’s Creative Director Andrew Mackenzie, David will oversee the company’s documentary output for major UK and international broadcasters.

David brings a raft of experience producing observational documentaries including the critically acclaimed Surviving Gazza, Boys from the Brown Stuff, and the Bafta and Grierson nominated series The Family.

David Clews said: “After making Educating Essex at Twofour I’m thrilled to be coming back as Head of Docs.  I’m really looking forward to building on the success of the series – exec’ing new series and singles equally as warm, moving and important.”
