Twofour Arabia’s film for Masdar opened the World Future Energy Summit 2011 in Abu Dhabi earlier this week. With several world leaders watching, including the Secretary General of the UN, Ban Ki-Moon and Presidents of Iceland, Pakistan and Prime Ministers of Portugal and Bangladesh, the film showed the history of Masdar and how the Abu Dhabi government are trying to forsee and meet the world’s future energy requirements.

Masdar is supporting Abu Dhabi’s vision of diversifying its economy with regards to energy, arts and culture. Twofour were asked to produce a film to show how Masdar fits in with Abu Dhabi as a key part of the 2030 vision, as well as various other films for the Masdar stand at WFES.

The film was executive produced by Jonney Steven and Alice Kilpatrick, and produced by Leah Harris. Jonney said “I was a huge honour to produce a film for such an important event and we’re glad that Masdar are so pleased with the end result.”
