Melanie was appointed as MD in 2005 after several years leading Twofour’s development department. She has diversified the company’s portfolio and led a drive into entertainment and features that has allowed Twofour to attract top creative talent to the company.

Under her leadership the company has delivered year on year growth and was named Indie of the Year at the 2010 Broadcast Awards.

An award winning Executive Producer, she continues to develop and oversee a number of the Company’s key titles including BBC1′s much acclaimed series following the heroic attempt on the North Pole being made by four wounded soldiers and HRH Prince Harry.
